In order to continually improve the organisations performance objectives for improvement will be set by the Directors that cover: the services provided to customers, the vehicles and resources.
Clocktower Cars commits to maintaining effective performance measurement techniques throughout our work methods and systems by reviewing Key Performance Indicators at monthly management meetings.
Provide training and development of staff and Drivers to ensure that this quality policy is met and that everyone at Clocktower Cars have the necessary skills and resources so that they can perform their tasks effectively.
